MANAGER.

About the role

You will establish how WhySoPaid localizes product UI, onboarding, billing, lifecycle communication and commercial pages. The work combines language quality, process design and product judgment: financial terms must be correct, interface copy must fit, and regional context must survive translation.

What you’ll do

• Own the localization roadmap, source terminology, style guidance and quality standards.
• Coordinate translators and regional reviewers, including briefs, deadlines and final acceptance.
• Review localized UI in context and resolve truncation, ambiguity and market-specific product assumptions.
• Build repeatable workflows for product, marketing, support and lifecycle content.
• Track quality issues and feed regional learning back into product and content decisions.

What we’re looking for

• At least 4 years of localization experience for a SaaS product or complex digital service.
• Excellent English and professional fluency in at least one additional language.
• Hands-on experience with terminology management, translation workflows and in-context QA.
• Strong editorial judgment and comfort working with financial or legally sensitive language.
• Organized project management and clear remote communication across multiple contributors.

Nice to have

• Experience with invoicing, payments, accounting or small-business software.
• Familiarity with localization engineering, string management or a modern TMS.
• Experience launching software in more than one region.

How we work

Localization is part of product quality here, not a final export step. You will work directly with product, growth and regional commercial roles to make decisions while the system is still flexible.

Location and working model

This is a full-time remote role open in Thailand. Strong written English and reliable async communication are required.
