About the role

This is a hands-on content and social role for someone who can make a product clear without turning it into generic SaaS marketing. You will build the editorial rhythm, create the work and learn which ideas bring the right small-business audience closer to WhySoPaid.

What you’ll do

• Plan and run an editorial calendar across the social channels we choose to use.
• Write, edit and publish product launches, practical education, founder-led stories and customer-problem content.
• Work with product and design to create accurate demos, visuals and short-form video.
• Test formats and distribution, then report on qualified traffic, sign-ups and audience quality—not vanity metrics alone.
• Monitor category conversations and bring customer language back into product and positioning work.

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of organic social or content experience for B2B SaaS, fintech or a product-led company.
• An English-language portfolio showing strong writing, editing and product storytelling.
• Experience turning complex workflows into content people can quickly understand.
• Working knowledge of social analytics and disciplined experimentation.
• Reliable async communication and the ability to own production from idea to publication.

Nice to have

• Motion, screen-recording or lightweight video editing skills.
• Experience speaking to small-business, invoicing or finance audiences.
• Experience building founder-led or product-led editorial programs.

You will work directly with the people building WhySoPaid. The goal is not posting volume; it is a distinctive, useful presence that makes the product and the problem easier to understand.

Location and working model

This is a full-time remote role open in Thailand. Strong written English and reliable async communication are required.
